RFMX is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider offering warehousing, distribution, consolidation, and transportation-related services. Our business depends on trust and confidentiality. If you provide a mobile number and opt in, RFMX may send SMS/text messages for service-related purposes such as quote follow-ups, scheduling updates, warehouse alerts, and shipment status notifications.

• Opt-in: You opt in by submitting your mobile number through our forms or by otherwise expressly consenting to receive service-related text messages from RFMX.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests and active service activity.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
