Welcome to the RFMX website (the “Site”), located at www.rfmx.net. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site and our electronic communication services. By accessing our Site, submitting a contact form, or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
RFMX provides comprehensive third-party logistics (3PL), warehousing, and transportation solutions. These Site Terms are intended for business-to-business interactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to bind the entity you represent to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Communication Consent & SMS Messaging
By providing your contact information (including your name, email address, and mobile phone number) via our “Request a Quote,” contact forms, or account registration, you expressly consent to the following:

• Operational Communications: You agree to receive electronic communications from RFMX regarding your inquiries, shipments, warehouse status, and service updates.
• Marketing Communications: You agree to be included in our database to receive periodic updates about RFMX services, capacity alerts, and industry news.
• SMS/Text Messaging: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from RFMX for both operational and promotional purposes.

o Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
o Message and data rates may apply.
o To stop receiving SMS messages, reply “STOP” at any time.
o To receive help, reply “HELP” or contact us at our main office.

• Withdrawal of Consent: You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link. You acknowledge that opting out of certain communications may impact our ability to provide timely updates regarding your freight or cargo.

3. Use of the Site
The content on this Site, including information regarding our 265,000 sq ft facility, Union Pacific rail spur access, and transportation capabilities, is for informational purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers used to make the Site available.
• Extract data from the Site using automated means (scraping) without express written consent.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and data on the Site are the property of RFMX or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Site for the purpose of evaluating or utilizing RFMX’s logistics services.

5. Quote Requests & Accuracy of Information
If you use the Site to request a quote for LTL consolidation, flatbed trucking, drayage, or warehousing, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your cargo, dimensions, and handling requirements. RFMX reserves the right to adjust quotes based on actual shipment characteristics or if the information provided is found to be inaccurate.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its contents are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to provide accurate information regarding our 24/7 availability and facility specifications, RFMX does not warrant that the Site will be error-free or that the information is always current.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFMX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or for any communications sent to you in accordance with these Terms.

8. Privacy, Database Consent, Cookies & Tracking
Privacy & Database Consent. Your submission of personal and business information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting information through the Site, you consent to RFMX collecting and using that information to respond to your requests and to contact you regarding RFMX logistics, warehousing, and transportation services. You understand and agree that your information may be added to the RFMX database for business communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with you (e.g., email, hosting, analytics, and messaging providers) in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Data Security. We maintain reasonable safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site, but you acknowledge that no transmission of data over the internet is 100% secure.

Cookies / Analytics.
